What do Candy and compact fluorescent lights (CFLs) have in common this Halloween (Sunday)? Both will be given out during trick or treating in Medford, but with a twist.

If you are interested in helping out either before hand or during the event, you can speak to Catherine Smith or contact the organizers directly:

- J.R. Siegel, Fletcher Green, j.r.siegel@gmail.com
Update:
ReplyDeleteWe will give out bulbs in the neighborhood immediately around the Columbus School, 37 Hicks Avenue, Medford. Collect your bags of bulbs in the school parking lot starting at 5:00 pm on Sunday, October 31 (Halloween). The event will run until 7:00 pm, but you can come for a shorter time. Kids are welcome, but need to bring along an adult.
We need to know how many people to prepare for, so let us know if you plan to join in the fun on Sunday! The more people, the more fun and the more success we will have. At least one reporter is planning to come take pix and run a story!
To RSVP, send a message to me:
